Vodafone and MMT partnership started in 2017 with the Digital X Programme. In 5 years, as part of this fruitful collaboration, together with Vodafone we won six major Industry Awards, released the first ever end-to-end chatbot-driven sales journey for a telecoms company and delivered the most successful iPhone launch to date. The success we've seen was not only transformational for Vodafone as a business, but also resulted in raising the bar for the industry as a whole.
Translink
To supercharge Translink's digital evolution, we created a dedicated web development capability and helped them define agile best practices. As result, Translink were able to offer a modern, connected web experience to the customers who manage their travel online. We worked with Translink to align the digital strategy with the wider business goals, instil the culture of innovation within the organisation, modernise the legacy tech stack and build an integrated web experience for Translink's customers.
Sovereign Network Group
We worked in partnership with Sovereign Network Group’s (former Sovereign Housing Association) digital team to deliver an accessible, composable and scalable digital ecosystem that enabled a modern, connected digital customer experience. Together, we created an integrated digital experience across Sovereign's Customer Portal, Sales and Corporate offerings. This enabled Sovereign to show up as a modern, digital-first brand, and differentiate away from their competitors. Working with MMT, Sovereign improved site accessibility, created a multifunctional asset library for all their digital channels, improved speed to market for content distribution, and transformed into a truly data-led customer experience.
Elanco
One of the largest global pet health companies Elanco partnered with MMT to accelerate their digital transformation. We used our Engine agile delivery framework to support Elanco’s digital strategy, accelerate lean product development, conduct UX research and testing, and help Elanco build digital products at speed and scale. As a result of this collaboration, a new digital business solution that would have previously taken 6 months to build, was deployed in only two weeks.
