Yesterday, I hosted the second in our 2017 Kentico webinar series which covered the topic of lead scoring and how it can be used to generate sales-ready leads. I explored the theory behind lead scoring and demonstrated best practices for implementing it within Kentico EMS.  

What is Lead Scoring?

Lead scoring is the process of ranking prospects against a scale to determine their value. It allows you to focus the attention of your sales team on the highest value leads, enabling you to:

  • Increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • ​Increase marketing effectiveness
  • Align marketing and sales goals
  • Increase revenue
