MMT launches in the United States to support leading organizations with​​ their digital transformations

Leading UK digital transformation partner, MMT, is expanding into the United States where it will deliver its core expertise in a​​gile excellence, tech enablement and lean product mindset to existing international clients, while building a portfolio of new business.  

MMT was founded in 1999 by Ben Rudman and James Cannings. Since then it has evolved to become one of the UK’s most innovative and forward thinking digital consultancies, combining technology, experience design and lean product delivery. In 2020 it became part of MSQ, one of the UK’s fastest growing marketing groups, which also has a presence in the US.   

Spearheading MMT’s Stateside growth is Troy Plant, Consulting Partner. Troy has a wealth of experience driving digital change both in the US and the UK. He has guided several international companies through agile adoption and transformations, across logistics, financial services, education and operational leadership during his time with consultancies including Accenture and Solutions-IQ.     

Troy will work to replicate MMT’s UK success in the US using the company’s three agile-based frameworks– North Star, Compass and Engine – which provide a comprehensive toolkit that can be tailored to organizations’ digital goals. They embed agile into all the digital initiatives MMT delivers, from comprehensive digital strategy development and implementation to digital product delivery, UX design and cloud architecting and deployment.   

MMT’s success in providing these services to the UK, for companies such as BP and Vodafone, has inspired its US expansion. Existing clients are starting to leverage MMT to apply its model and expertise to their US operations. This is providing MMT with a strong platform to grow in the country and win new business.
