MMT Digital, the leading digital consultancy owned by MSQ, has appointed Matt Warren as Chief Growth Officer.
In the newly created role, Warren will be responsible for evolving the MMT Digital proposition as a trusted consultancy and delivery partner to build a better future for its clients.
With more than 250 people working across three UK offices, MMT Digital is growing rapidly, designing and building accessible, sustainable and composable products for the likes of Vodafone, Boots, Cancer Research UK, Translink and Elanco.
Warren brings extensive experience working within major digital agencies to MMT Digital. During his career he’s held senior client roles at Razorfish, AKQA and VML London, and was the Managing Director of Grey X, Grey London’s innovation and digital business unit, for two years.
Most recently Warren was Executive Client Director of Kin + Carta Europe, leading all client services, marketing and new business activity across Europe.
He will work closely with MMT's current leadership team, which also incorporates Managing Director Nick Bygate, Chief Customer Officer Zannah Ingraham, Chief Technology Officer Mark Starling and Director of Consulting Nick Rudd. MMT Digital launched a new Consultancy division, led by Rudd, last month.
Warren said: “I’m very excited to be joining a business with the 20-year legacy of MMT Digital. I believe we have a huge opportunity as part of a group as progressive as MSQ – our whole team are very focused on delivering growth at speed and scale for clients, and my aim is to do the same for us.”.
Nick Bygate, Managing Director of MMT Digital, commented: “This is an incredibly exciting time for MMT Digital. For the past seven years we’ve been rated by our clients as the UK’s most recommended digital agency, and we want to make sure we keep innovating and evolving so that we’re always delivering the very best service at speed and scale. Having someone like Matt join our leadership team will allow us to identify key areas of growth and provide best-in-class expertise to achieve it.”
In addition to Warren’s appointment, MMT Digital has also bolstered its senior team this week by hiring Suzanne Bee as People Director. Bee joins MMT from Ideagen, where she was Head of HR & Organisational Design.
Founded in 1999, MMT Digital became part of the global marketing group MSQ in 2020. It was one of the first digital consultancies to become a carbon negative business, and last year was one of fewer than a thousand companies worldwide to set a “near-term Science Based Target” to halve its carbon footprint by 2030.
