As Technical Product Owner: Creative Technologies you’ll be helping shape the tech and operational underpinnings of an independent group to scale globally. Supporting in the requirements capturing, configuration and deployment of innovative solutions based on two foundational technologies; ADA – an in-house and customisable tech solution for automation within the creative workflow and BYNDER - an enterprise level 3rd party DAM and workflow platform. As part of the senior leadership team this role has significant responsibility for defining the future roadmap of our creative technologies, including how we integrate with our data and media programmatic stacks, and how we adopt 3rd party technologies to augment our capabilities. What you’ll do Be the overall point of contact, support, and project stewardship for MSQ global teams for the deployment of MSQ’s creative technology solutions. This includes: Being the expert source on all aspects of the tools’ capabilities and processes for adoption and deployment. Support in converting engagement opportunities with clients by working with agency teams to develop demonstrations that showcase the key functionality and benefits. Act as the key liaison between 3rd party (Bynder) and MSQ technology teams to support integrations with complimentary technologies and tools. Lead project delivery of new instances of the tools from requirements capture, managing client and agency stakeholders, through to deployment and training users. Support tool development, enhancements, and ongoing configuration needs of clients. Actively seek new additional functionality that should be considered in our wider creative tech roadmap. Identify new partner opportunities for complimentary technologies that could be integrated into our solutions. Build effective relationships with other disciplines within MSQ including adapt and media programmatic teams to take a holistic view of how our technologies can develop in cohort. What you’ll bring In order to flourish in this role, you’ll need the following: Extensive experience as a Product Owner within a creative technology organisation. Demonstrable experience with scaled Agile teams (Nexus, SAFe, Less, Scaled Scrum etc). Extensive experience within a comms service environment. Proven experience working with creative and execution teams to manage creative workflows from inception to delivery. Excellent stakeholder management; the ability to work across multiple teams from client to internal data, tech and creative. Great communication skills. High levels of emotional intelligence with the ability to empathise with multiple viewpoints. A real passion for teamwork. Storytelling: working across technical and creative teams to take them on a journey and often moving some people outside of their comfort zones, you must be able to build enthusiasm from your own deep belief. Understanding of and ability to design and document creative workflows. Understanding of and ability to structure DAM meta data structures. Flexibility and the ability to problem solve and find practical solutions are key to the success of this role. Proven experience in building long term client relationships with wider stakeholder and partner management. Commercial awareness: responsibility for the consideration of budget, agreed scope and time during the development of the product. With a focus on lean product development. Confidence in managing client expectations to ensure that the client is delighted and that the project is delivered on budget. Experience of working with development teams and ensuring the technical direction is aligned to the product vision. Previous experience of acting as the point for escalation, owning team velocity, capacity, and competency issues in a fast moving environment. The ability to liaise with Architects, senior developers, test engineers regarding quality and performance of the product. Strategic thinking: the enthusiasm to make a significant impact on our plans and play a key role in how creative technologies evolve to become an ever more positive influence on the advertising and marketing worlds.
