It’s exciting times at MMT Digital, we’re growing quickly and we need an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Strategist. You’ll be helping our clients conceive and create digital products that transform their business performance. With a focus on the future, you’ll use your analytical skills and strategic thinking to solve complex business, design, and technical challenges. Using your effective communication and collaboration skills you’ll gain an understanding of client’s industries and business models. Creating a strategy for the full life cycle of a digital product or service, from vision and conception to launch and optimization. This will involve defining the client’s goals, competition, target audiences, and identify opportunities, to make recommendations that will transform the brand. Digital Strategy Using your strong interpersonal skills to design and lead effective strategy workshops customized for different client stakeholders Producing valuable outputs for our clients in line with MMT’s Digital Strategy Framework, we call it “North Star” Undertakes independent research to contribute to briefs - such as competitor analysis, market and customer research Using your storytelling skills to clearly convey strategic thinking and simplify research for senior clients and internal teams to ensure understanding across all levels Advising new and existing clients on trends in technology and appropriate SaaS and Martech solutions to meet strategic business objectives Working collaboratively with our product, user experience and technology teams throughout the lifetime of the project to ensure deliverables are in line with our strategic direction and deliver ROI Contributing to the continuous improvement of MMT Digital’s Digital Strategy Framework Supporting the Head of Consultancy to input into the establishment and grow the Digital Product Strategy revenue stream and develop a department roadmap focussed on growth. Business Development Promoting the consultancy capabilities of MMT Digital to new and existing clients Working as a key member of proposal and pitch team to provide strategic direction from chemistry meetings through to final pitch Ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients into delivery Collaborating closely with Account Directors and Technical Account Leads to help identify opportunities to drive client value and turn them into a strategic agenda for the client Public speaking and producing honest and credible Thought Leadership content around Digital Strategy for our teams, clients and the wider industry What you'll bring In order to flourish in this role, you’ll need the following: Proven experience of working in digital delivery and strategy within a digital agency environment Extensive experience of new business costing and pitching Passionate about technology trends and digital strategy Broad knowledge of digital technologies, platforms and SaaS Solutions Knowledge of Agile practices – well versed in iterative development Experience of creating digital strategies to drive the effectiveness of digital products Excellent written, presentation and communication skills Strong leadership and relationship building skills with the ability to empathise with anyone across our business Strong commercial acumen and able to negotiate strongly with clients A proactive strategic thinker, with a curiosity to continuously improve the digital strategy of MMT Digital and our clients Resilient, with the ability to keep others motivated despite the situation Able to perform calmly and present to large audiences Exceptionally self-motivated and directed Our offices in London, Leeds and Uppingham have reopened fully, but should you prefer to work from home or combine remote and office work, you are welcome to!
