It’s exciting times at MMT Digital. 2021 saw the launch of our Digital Product Delivery Frameworks and we need an enthusiastic and experience Digital Strategist to own the “North star” framework as a Product Manager. “North star” is our digital strategy framework that connects business strategy to digital product delivery ensuring our clients understand the value in their customer propositions, digital product portfolio and where best to invest to realise opportunities. You will be accountable for the entire product lifecycle of the “North star” framework from product development, going to market and delivering digital strategy to our celebrated clients. North Star Product Manager: Working with the Head of Consulting and Head of Experience Design to continue to define and develop the “North Star” framework including process, templates, resources and outputs. Working with the Head of Client Services to support account teams with growth activities. Working with the Director of Growth to refine our go to market and sell our North Star framework to new clients. Working as a key member of proposal and pitch team to provide strategic direction from chemistry meetings through to final pitch. Working with the Senior Technical Delivery Leadership to educate and coach teams on the elements of “North Star” to ensure MMT Digital maximises the value delivered to their clients and the successful onboarding of new clients into delivery. Consulting as a Digital Strategist: You will be in a consulting role so a strong background in Digital Customer Experience (DCX) is essential. Advising new and existing clients on trends in technology and appropriate CRM, CMS and CDP solutions to meet strategic business objectives. Using your strong interpersonal skills to design and lead effective strategy workshops customized for different client stakeholders Undertakes independent research to contribute to briefs - such as competitor analysis, market and customer research Using your storytelling skills to clearly convey strategic thinking and simplify research for senior clients and internal teams to ensure understanding across all levels What you'll bring In order to flourish in this role, you’ll need the following: Confident, proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable nature.
