Joining the team as Agile Portfolio Analyst you'll bring your significant experience and understanding of delivering Agile transformation and technology change to our Technical Delivery teams supporting our enterprise level client. You’ll know what great Agile Portfolio management looks like, preferably within LPM (Lean Portfolio Management). Key to this role is to enable trust and facilitating discussions with technology leaders and suppliers across the Portfolio. Using your strong interpersonal skills you’ll be collaborating with an establishing Portfolio team already making excellent progress. You will have excellent self-awareness and coaching skills allowing you to run/ facilitate senior stakeholder meetings. You will be commercially focused, driven by value realisation, even when a complex corporate culture makes that view tricky to visualise. Your expertise will have you leading emerging process implementations and aligning across a team of delivery leads, business analysts, product managers and product owners to ensure successful delivery of project funding, formation and value realisation, creating and maintaining effective relationships with all lines of business and IT to facilitate effective communication. What you’ll bring In order to flourish in this role, you’ll need the following: Extensive experience in a complex Agile working environment at Scale –preferably with direct Portfolio management. Excellent working knowledge of product lifecycle principles (from idea to live), product delivery methodologies and related tools, expert in Agile delivery Strong analytical skills – able to complex problems and solutions, turning those into processes for value driven outcomes Experience in Epic Hypothesis lifecycle incorporating business goals and scope, performing interpretation between technical and business requirements Significant, proven leadership experience in managing, motivating, mentoring and coaching teams to adopt ways of working successfully Excellent and creative communication style to support business change through process and systems within global businesses An understanding all roles within Portfolio, their needs and pain points and able to translate, inspect and adapt accordingly Strong stakeholder Management skills – building cooperation at all levels Proven experience in prioritizing work in sprints, in a high demand area where priorities change regularly Strong interpersonal, influencing skills with the ability to nurture and motivate others across functions, Portfolios and reporting lines Able to raise risks and issues with considered mitigation plans to support resolution analysis Confident and empathic in making decisions on difficult and resolving contentious issues where there may be a number of courses of action.
