Talent Acquisition Manager

It certainly is never boring.

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will wear multiple hats – sometimes you will be a leader, an advocate, sometimes a helper, or a speaker or even an analyst. Whichever hat that day, the role will be pivotal in developing our strategy and achieving growth.

During your journey with MMT, you will help us develop, implement and improve our Talent Acquisition strategies (such as networks, processes, tools and systems) to attract the best candidates. We are always open for new and innovative ideas! You will also regularly report to senior stakeholders about recruitment pipelines and provide updates about recruitment needs – be a true advocate for our team. This includes advocating for MMT vacancies on social networks and encouraging others to highlight key opportunities as well. Of course, there will be internal teams to support you – managing your own team of talented Talent Acquisition Advisors and Coordinators as well as working closely alongside HR and L&D departments will be key in driving your strategies.

Outside of leading our Talent Acquisition strategies, there are a number of other projects to lead and work on, from diversity and inclusion, early careers and our employer brand, to name a few.

As already mentioned, we are speeding towards immense growth, so we would love for you to already have experience working in a fast-paced and fast-growing and potentially agile environment with proven experience in developing resourcing strategies. Experience in managing an in-house team would also be a plus! Due to our growth, it will be essential to this role to make decisions, manage expectations and ensure we are continuously improving.
